I have booked a tour to Bruges and Ghent and wanted to pay on cash basis. Only Happytovisit had this option. The booking was easy and Nikola the croatian guy assited me with the reservation. The meeting point was outside the brussels city tours office and we walked via the bus. The trip was really enjoyable. The driver was super cool and the guide was always smiling and very assistive!!
