We had just arrived in Budapest and though this walking tour would be the best way to orient ourselves for our remaining stay.
Andrea was our guide and we were in fact her only clients although we had not booked a private tour.
Effortlessly we were guided around the City and given a complete history of the various monuments we encountered. Other interesting places , like the best place for strudel, were also pointed out. In fact withAndrea's knowledge of the City, your tour could be tailored to your particular interests. Three hours disappeared very quickly. We took the underground on one occasion, but otherwise we walked everywhere.
If you are visiting Budapest for the first time and don't mind walking, I would heartily recommend this tour.
