Our hearty hosts will welcome you with aperitif and snack as you don't want to begin anything with empty tummy and then you'll follow them to the garden and pick all ingredients necessary for cooking. Depending on the season or time you have on disposal you'll prepare: „sac“ – lamb or veal under the iron bell, „zelena menestra“ – green cabbage with dry meat, skewers on laurel sticks, smoked bacon and goat cheese... Prepare your meal on open fireplace, dug your fingers in bread mixture, lick some olive oil and blend it in rural ambience to get the true feeling of Dubrovnik countryside. This tour is created to support unique feeling, local ambience and authentic concept of the life in the village.
