The booking did not work. We had to take contact to happytovisit, because they forgot to send us voucher. Pick up time was not the same than it was told in voucher. The guide call us whether we are coming, fortunately we are quick so we reach the bus. The guide and the bus were good. Mostar was interesting place where we wanted to visit a little bit longer.

Easy to book. Driver arrived on time in a minibus. By the time we picked everyone up, the bus was full. It was very difficult to hear anything the driver said as there was no microphone. Driver was ultra cautious and very slow. We were being overtaken by trucks. The biggest disappointment was how little time we had in Medujgore. Barely half an hour before we had to get back to the bus. When we arrived in Mostar there was a thunderstorm which lasted for nearly 2 hours. The guide seemed oblivious to this and continued to drag us around the streets in the heavy rain. The famous bridge was very slippery and dangerous. I suggest splitting the time more evenly between Medujgore and Mostar and instilling some common sense into the guides. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.
