Dead Sea is located at the lowest point on earth. It is devoid of life do to the high salt content, which is 33%. Start out by being collected from your hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. Drive to Jerusalem for a view of the Church of All Nations and the Garden of Gethsemane. Entering the Old City through the Zion Gate to the Byzantine Cardo. Continue on to the Jewish Quarter to arrive at the Western Wall. After this we will continue our walk along the Via Dolorosa, and follow the Stations of the Cross, to arrive at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Before leaving Jerusalem, walk through the Old City markets, where you will be able to purchase souvenirs. Driving to the Dead Sea, we will stop at the sea level marker, where on a clear day you can see Jericho in the distance. Stop at the Dead Sea for a swim or float in the mineral rich waters. Arrival back at your hotel about 18:00.
