Join us on this 6 hour long tour that starts from Paris where you will be pick up and driven to the beutiful Versailles. Here you will have the opportunity to explore it and learn everything about this magical place. The Palace of Versailles was the residence of three kings of France: Louis XIV, XV and XVI, from 1682 to 1789. Explore the palace and gardens. Enjoy one of the most famous historic monuments in the world, the palace of Versailles was the official residence pf the King of France, Louis XIV, Louis XV and Louis XVI and their court from 1682 to 1789. In the palace, walk through the Hall of mirrors (73 meters, 657 mirrors, 17 arches dedicated to the glory of France’s political, economic and artistic success) the King’s and Queen’s state apartments and learn about life at court and French monarchy. Explore the gardens: beautifully designed by André Le Nôtre, taking 40 years to complete to transform what was once woods, grasslands and marshes into a beautiful perspective filled with elegant statues and fountains, admire the Grand Canal and stroll through numerous groves. The tour includes 1h 15 minutes of guided tour of the palace and after you will have free time (2h) to enjoy exploring the beautiful gardens.
