The trip went as expected. The guide was really nice, she provided us useful and interesting information.

It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. Numerous waterfalls, untouched nature and water that is pure and peaceful. The excursion was in a small group of 5 people. Terezija organized a comfortable transfer for us, directly from the hotel entrance. Provided a delicious and fresh lunch that included water, fruits, sandwich, juice and a croissant. Terezija showed and explained us many hidden details about the park. She managed to avoid the crowds and queues. The booking process through HAPPYtoVISIT.com was smooth and easy! Additionally I chose the Plitvice Lakes to make a proposal to my loved one. Together with Terezija we found a quiet and romantic place where it happened and stayed in our minds forever. Terezija was great through Romeo&Juliet Travel agency in Zadar. We were thrilled to find out that we had a private tour of Plitvice Lakes with just our family. This beats a bus tour hands down! She arrived early, had excellent communication, took time to take family photos of us, and went at a nice pace. I am gluten free and Terezija even made me a special lunch! This park is breathtaking and it was very nice to not have any worries on where to go, waiting in line to buy tickets etc. Terezija was an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour!
