Very good!! The booking process was very easy online and reminder emails were sent out to the registered email addresses for the trip. The boat was very easy to find for boarding and the staff welcomed us on to the boat with open arms. I took a group of fourteen people and the staff were great, we had two reserved tables so we could all sit together to eat. They made sure we were all okay several times throughout the tour and pointed out different buildings etc as we were leaving pula harbour. Not to mention the dolphins we saw! There was lots of dolphins very close to the boat and having a big group of 12-16 year olds they were all very excited, the staff were great talking to the girls. I would definitely recommend if you have children or not, a very good boat tour I would go again!

We departued on time, the boat was very cool, captine and the staff were very nice. The tour was explained in four languages and the atmosphere was very wonderful. There was three different meals and you can choose one of them, the lunch was very tasty and delicious. But when we stop for swimming unfortunately we did not find a suitable or sandy beach for swimming, the shore was very Rocky but we enjoy it..

We went on 3rd September so had to take a more roundabout route up the coast due to storms the night before. This dropped at least an hour off the time in Venice. Safety first, but be aware that above may happen. Even if there wasnt the storm, be aware that you only get about 4-5 hours in Venice as the transfer from harbour/San Marco and vice versa takes about 30 minutes each way. Pickup and drop off were excellent with a hotel door to door service. Given the choppy water, the trip over and back was good, staff very friendly. Trip back was by the direct route and about 3 hours. Reps in Venice also very friendly and knowledgeable The company recommended meal is excellent value and was very tasty with lots of wine. Gondola ride was a bit disappointing. It was a conveyor belt of Gondolas. At times it felt as if we were in a traffic jam. Overall, I would recommend this trip if you are aware this is going to be a VERY long day (pickup to drop off was 16 hours) with a limited practical time (maybe 4-5 hours) in Venice.

Three star

The boat ride was fun and our guide gave us a lot of information about the things that we saw. The downside is that this tour is advertised online as a 5-hour trip (including a break for swimming), but the island where the swimming was supposed to happen was still closed when we went on the tour (apparently it usually opens around June 15th), so we actually only had a 2.5 hr long tour for the exact same price... I think it should be mentioned online if swimming will most likely be possible (5 hr tour) or not (2.5 hr tour), and the price for the 2.5 hr tour should be cheaper. The people who did the tour were great. I think this is just a problem with the way that this tour is advertised.
