I needed a few days to calm down after the worst excursion I have ever been on . Going to the Plitvice Lakes was always something I had dreamt of but had been ruined my this tour company . I have travelled the world and have been on many organised tours . The guide came across very in experienced and rude . Any time I asked a question he pretended he didn’t understand or just ignored me . We spent more time queuing for boats , trains or just trying to locate our “guide”. We spent a total of 15 hours on this tour but only spent two hours seeing the park . We travelled to see the world renowned waterfall but bypassed the best part where all the best falls and only saw about 3 waterfalls in total . We spent the whole time walking the perimeter of the park . I am so deeply disappointed and will have to plan a trip to back again myself . Everyone on this trip were deeply disappointed.

Maria our guide was cheerful and full of useful and interesting information. At the lakes we had time to contemplate the natural wonders, with no interruptions or unnecessary talking, I truly enjoy my visit and the professionalism of the travel agency. The tour went smooth and on time. Diner was ok.

This is a lovely tour that I can especially recommend to people new to Istria. Our guide was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the history of Istria, Pula and the towns that we visited. We had free time at each of our destinations, which was great for some shopping, taking more photos or just relaxing a bit. The lunch that was provided tasted great and there was a vegetarian option for my partner as well. Overall a really amazing tour! Thanks a lot!

First I wanna thank Happytovisit. Com for this trip and the other trips that the website offers. Pick up point was clear and easy for everyone to arrive to it. The driver was a real expert in driving and the bus was comfortable. The guide was humour and he welcomed everyone with a smile and he explained the trip very well, we took a lot of beautiful pictures, but the lunch and dessert were poor and not that good.
