Departure from Termini Railway Station by train at 9.30am and head to Zagarolo, where you will meet your guide that will take you to the beautiful estate Villa delle Magnolie, placed between Zagarolo and San Cesareo. Eddy and Jessica, the owners othe estate will greet you and show you around. You will see amazing interiors and its large garden with a beautiful panorama over the valley below. After, you will collect some vegetables and all the other ingredients that you will need for the recipes. Now that you have collected everything you need, you will enter the kitchen with Eddy and dive yourself in a full course on Roman cooking. During cooking, you will learn the secrets of Italian cuisine, how to make perfect pasta, suggestions for the second course.
After trying a welcoming appetizer, you can choose to cook typical Pasta with “Amatriciana” sauce or a amazing “Carbonara”, depending on the season. For second course, you will make a meat dish, “Pollo alla Cacciatora” (chicken with wine, sauce and vegetables) or “Abbacchio al forno con patate” (roast lamb with potatoes). And of course, when you prepare all those dishes, you will have a chance to eat them! So enjoy your delicious lunch accompanied with typical local red wine, with Eddy and Jessica! At around 4pm, you will return to Zagarolo Railway Station and in about an hour, you will arrive at Termini Railway station, and that is where your journey will end.
