Join in an attractive sushi workshop in relaxing ambience of our hotel with basic instuctions of our chef. As sushi is a low-calorie meal, nutrition that includes sushi is defined as a lighter diet and is ideal for maintaining body mass.
It can be combined with a variety of groceries such as vegetables, shrimp and chicken. Official definition of sushi says that it is a dish prepared from fish, special sushi rice, vegetables and tinned with algae. Workshop includes preparation of: maki, nigri and sashimi dishes. The workshop is interactive and the number of participants is limited beacuse of individual approach and quality of performance.
During favorable weather workshop will be organized on the terrace of the hotel with beautiful sea view and view on cities: Split, Trogir and Dalmatian islands. After the workshop, each participant will take home one`s own culinary creation and the recipes.
