This was an excellent tour, a very enjoyable day spent visiting three lovely places in the Tuscan valley.
The only reason I don't rate it as Five star is that we were coneveyed (in writing and with a Google Map) an incorrect pick up point in Siena as well as timing. I had to make a phone call to the local operator My Tour to get the correct point and timings. The situiation could have been much worse if I didn't have a functional cell phone while waiting for the bus to arrive at the (incorrectly) designated pick up point.
Other than this, it was a fantastic experience, the small group from Siena (there were five of us and the others had the correct pick up point as they booked directly with My Tours) was ferried in a mini van to join the main group. An excellent bus took us to the attractions and the points covered were exactly as provided in the description. The guide was warm, knowledgable and patient (at Montalcino one of our group members went well beyond the specified timings and the guide did a small search to locate him). We had adequate time at all the three stops. The driver was safe. The second wine tasting in the evening was the highlight of the day with the entire group having a great time together.
