The Eagle’s path takes you to mountain Svilaja, mountain home Eagle Rocks. It’s 25 km away from Sinj, and the path is mostly on asphalted roads. The tour is made for all active cyclists.
The route is completely marked, and several attractive locations along the route have wooden tables and benches where cyclists, as well as hikers, can stop for rest and relaxation. The route starts in front of the hotel Alkar and heads towards the village of Pavići. The surface of the route is covered with asphalt all the way to the hamlet of Beare in the village of Zelovo. What follows is a 2km section of macadam road. In the center of the village the road bends to the left and continues for another 3 km of uphill asphalt road. Once you reach the very top of the road, the route bends towards mountain Svilaja.
This 3-4 km long macadam section of the route offers stunning views of lake Peruća, and the mountains Dinara and Kamešnica. The careful downhill ride will take you to the village of Zelovo, followed by Lučane, and finally, a gentle descent will take you towards Sinj.
