Our travel starts with a drive along the border between Dalmatian coast and the hinterland. You will be amazed by the view on the coast and islands surrounding. In the same time our guide will introduce you with the history of this area.
First stop is Šibenik, small town on Dalmatian coast, founded in the 10th century by Subić family. In the medieval town centre there is another Croatian UNESCO monument -St. James Cathedral, dating from the 15th century. Three architects who have inherited one another in the construction of the Cathedral, have developed a structure built entirely frsom stone, unique in Europe. The form and decorative elements of the Cathedral, such as a remarkable frieze with 71 sculptured faces, illustrate the successful fusion of Gothic and Renaissance art. After sightseeing of Šibenik we will continue our drive to NP Krka.
Enjoy the view on the Skradinski buk waterfall, one of the best known natural beauties of Croatia. The waterfall consists of travertine cascades, islands and lakes. 17 steps of Skradinski Buk spread over 800 meters in length. Take a fascinating 90 min walk through an authentically restored ensemble of small stone houses, workshops, exhibits and watermills.
See the diversity of flora and fauna through a network of forest pathways and wooden bridges. Bring your swimsuites to this tour as you can’t miss the feeling of swimming under the breathtaking cascades.
After a beautiful and interesting day, that leaves you with lifetime memories, we will return trough Dalmatian hinterland.

" 'A beautiful day in Sibenik and the amazing Krka National Park' We leave Split at nine o'clock to the north of the Dalmatian coast while we see behind the extraordinary Palace of Diocletian and the white waterfront of the city. We are eight poeple in the combi. During the one hour and a half trip our guide Darijo tells us interesting stories of attractions on the way as the Roman aqueduct, the Klis fortress where scenes from the famous series Game of Thrones were filmed and about the city of Trogir. We also see patches of blue sea, houses with gardens and rows of vines. We arrived at Sibenik and its beautiful waterfront when the sun is high, mid-morning. The town is small but has a lot to offer as the Unesco heritage Cathedral of Saint James built in late Gothic and Renaissance style. The guide will explain in detail the Catedral history and the Baptistery and Rector´s Palace also. Then in a free time you can wander through Sibenik city steps leading to the quiet cemetery, gardens, squares and narrow pedestrian streets full of life with shops, cafes and restaurants. Just twenty minutes from Sibenik it is located the Krka National Park, a great place to discover and spend the day touring its wooden walkways over the river between vegetation and birdsong in search of its many lovely and numerous waterfalls. At the end of one of the trails the Skradinski buk Falls are a beautiful natural pool, where you can swim and even arrive until bubbling waterfalls. A few meters there are restaurants for lunch and picnic area. After lunch there is enough time for you to discover the magical places that nature gives. At the end of the afternoon we return to Split enjoying the road and the stories that remain to listen. "
