Excellent tour with superb tour guide. I was concerned that it was going to be a very long day, but it went very quickly and we fitted a lot in. The coach was well airconditioned and had free wifi (which was just about usable). We had the right amount of time in each place.
The only problem we encountered was the arrangements for pick up and drop off in Trogir. Most people started at Split, however we were staying in Trogir. We waited at the Grayline office in Trogir and a minibus arrived and the driver signalled for us (and 3 other families) to get in. We pulled up at a coach park in Split and the driver pointed out where the office in Split was and told us to walk there. We all walked there and waited. After a while I spoke to a staff member and showed them my ticket and she was horrified that we were at the office. Apparently the coach for Mostar was sitting in the coach park waiting for us and we should have got on it. The minibus driver had sent us to the office along with the Six Islands tour people rather than telling us to wait at the coach park and get on the bus. It was quite embarrassing getting on the coach as we had kept everyone else waiting and they assumed it was our fault for being late. There also didn't seem to be a plan for getting us back to Trogir at the end of the tour. The guide helped with this and arranged for the coach driver to take us to a busy junction where a minibus met us to take us back. This resulted in us getting back later than planned.
To sum up, an excellent tour, and arrangements are fine if you are staying in Split, but not so good for Trogir.
