After we made a reservation it took time to get it confirmed. But after a few hours it came. Then we were offered to the alternative boot. So far so good.
As on our voucher was stated we should assemble at the booking office in Trogir at 08.30 hrs. To be sure that we were on time we’ve arrived at the office at 08.00hrs. At that point our troubles started. A Notification on the door of the office told us that it should be open at 08.00 hrs. But no one was there. After 20 minutes waiting a Local bus driver was there to pick up a few guests to take them to the Krk park. And that was our rescue. He new the lady who should be there and he gave her what seams to be a wake up call. Can you believe it? The very nice guy showed us were the boat should be, and finally we just made it on time. For the rest we’ve had a great day on the boat. In between we’ve got a call from the booking agency, to ask us if we’ve made it to the boat.
Apart fro this pretty inconvenient experience, I must say that the service from the agency and the crew on board was perfect.
A personal advise for the agency would be;
Give this lady a wake up call every day around 06.30 hrs. That is exactly the time we’ve stept out of our beds to make it on time to the assembly place. Our, what could work too is a apology from her to us. The booking agency stil have our number.
