Guide to National Park Krka Tour from Zadar
The National Park Krka is situated about 80 km south of Zadar so it's a great opportunity to visit it while you are enjoying your holidays in Zadar. All tours to Krka from Zadar are organized by bus (or a minivan for smaller groups) and most of the tours stop at the historic city of Šibenik as well, which is a very nice addition to already beautiful itinerary. The city of Šibenik is mostly know for it's UNESCO protected St. James Cathedral. Some tours don't include a stop to Šibenik but might offer more time in Krka, or even a boat ride on the river and visiting one of the most picturesque villages of the region - Skradin. So do spend some time looking at what is available.
When you visit Krka you can expect to have a beautiful walk for a few hours looking at stunning waterfalls, visit one of the oldest hydroelectric power plant in the world, spend some time swimming near the waterfalls and stop to have lunch in the park.
Also keep in mind that some tours to Krka might not include the ticket to the National Park itself - as absurd as it might seem, some agencies don't include it to lower the advertising price of the tour, but argue that the price of the ticket constantly changes so they want to divide the tour price form the ticket. Regardless, be sure to check whether the ticket is included since the ticket in the high season costs more than 20 Euro per person.
We wish you a fantastic tour to Krka National Park from Zadar!

Krka National Park is spectacular and worth the drive! Fun for swimmers and hikers. Lots of time to explore on your own. The views from the top of the 200m mountain trail and 516 steps to the cave at the Roski Slap stop are incredible.

Fascinating nature, waterfalls, forest... just amazing!! The ride to the park was very pleasant, and our guide was great. I recommend the tour to anyone who visits Croatia, because this is a must-see destination! If I could rate the tour with 10 stars, I would :)
