What shall I see

Take the tour through the recent turbulent history of Croatia and it's capital. About 25 years ago started the fall of Yugoslavia. At one side the idea of independent Croatia and on the other plan of 'Big Serbia' - that's when the war started. Croatian Homeland War Tour will give you more information about the fall of communist Yugoslavia and what was happening in Croatia during those times. The guide will take you to the underground tunnels that were used as public shelters and to the Museum of Bombing of Zagreb where you will hear some basic information during the short multimedia presentation. Last stop is the Memorial Center of Bombing of Zagreb with the exhibition presenting the war in Zagreb. The tour starts in front of the big horse statue at Ban Jelacic (main) square, lasts about 2 hours, and finishes in the Memorial Center giving the guests an opportunity to explore the exhibition in detail on their own.
