Tour will start with a pick up from you hotel in Zagreb at 7.30am and you will drive for about 2 hours in a air-conditioned vehicle. Before we arrive at Plitvice Lakes, we will visit Rastoke, a historical small village whose name refers to the branching of rivers. River Slunjčica, that flows through the village, splits into several river branches flowing across cascades and small waterfalls into the Korana river. Then we will take a coffee break and relax and then head to Plitvice Lakes. National Park Plitvice Lakes is one of the oldest national parks in Croatia and most popular tourist attraction, situated in region of Lika. It was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. Known for it's cascades and 16 lakes with unique colors, set in deep woods populated by deer, bears, rare bird species etc. Your guide will show you around and tell you everything you need to know about this nature's wonder while you're driving in a train through the park. We will take a boat ride through the lakes where you can admire and be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic view. After 4 hours, your guide will recommend a local restaurant where you can grab delicious lunch before going back to Zagreb. Tour ends with a ride back to your hotel in Zagreb.
