It has the form of a Latin cross, a dome and a bell tower.The exterior and interiors are decorated in white and greenish-black marble in alternating stripes, the symbolic colors of Siena. The cathedral hides art treasures by Pisano, Donatello, Michelangelo and other famous masters.
