I'm sorry about this review, actually I was quite surprised because we never receive such bad reviews about this tour. So, regarding the point in which you say that our tour leader Ama​deus once they arrived in Cinque Terre just said the meeting point and time that is because he is a tour leader not a guide of Cinque Terre, so according to the low he is allowed to explain and talk inside the bus but not in the villages, in site he can only explain the main essential information about meeting point, time or public services. That is also stated in the tour description that they will have free time both in Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Moreover Cinque Terre is a national park and also protected by Unesco so there are restricted rules and a guided tour on site can only be made by an environmental​ tour guide, which Amadeus is not. ​He gave them the maps, so I can imagine that he also explained the itinerary and names of the village that they were visiting. We apologize if he was not friendly and regarding this we will talk to him because this does not belong to our policy.

​Rega​rding the delay the departure from Montecatini is at 8 am, but as this bus tour originally departs in Florence at 7.15 am and in this period there is a strong traffic due to some road works close to the main train station for this reason the departure time of the tour can suffer some delays (to try to reduce any inconveniences the 12th of April we sent an urgent communication to our partners to inform you of this fact), we apologize for that but unfortunately that is not something that we can control.

The boat trip in Cinque Terre is something really unique cause you gets the opportunity to admire the villages from another perspective but as you can imagine this is a public service so a part from our group there are many other passengers but anyway the boat staff always control and check for safety the number of people on board. Cinque Terre is a touristic destination and can be crowded during certain periods but again this is not something that we can control.
