Descripción del viaje

Disfrute al máximo de Praga durante seis horas y media en autobús, barco y a pie. Comenzamos en la Plaza de Venceslao, donde abordamos un autobús con aire acondicionado y guía turístico y conducimos por los lugares más significativos de Praga (como el Museo Nacional y la Casa de la Danza), llegando finalmente a la dominante de la ciudad: el Castillo de Praga. A partir de ahí, continuaremos a pie hasta la Ciudad Pequeña, la Isla de Kampa, el Puente de Carlos, la Ciudad Vieja con el Reloj Astronómico y el Barrio Judío. Por último, disfrutaremos de la vista de Hradcany, el Teatro Nacional y otras joyas de Praga durante un crucero en barco por el río Moldava. Este tour termina en la ribera del río Dvorak en las cercanías del puente Cech.

I found this your was boaring, and waste of money. Our pick up was on time from the hotel. No other issues until get on the bus. Tour guide was boaring, and very low voice. Could barely hear her through out the whole tour. Took us about 1.5 hrs around the old town in the bus. Then we walked to the palace and over and hour in the line to get in. Your only included the palace garden. Guide was informative but didn't speak loud enough. Lunch was at hotel Leonardo and it was horrible. We had to pay for drinks. Then we walked back to charles bridge for the boat trip. Boat just went on circles under charles bridge and that was it. Boat didn't move more than 500m from orginal spot. I don't recommend this trip to anyone.

I checked your information with the tour guide. The tour went right with the schedule how is described, it means: no entrance, drinks are not included in three course lunch and boat trip tikes only one hour. You have to follow what we offer, not to expect more.
I am sorry for long line to get to the Cathedral, it was due to high season.
Tour guide Mrs. Kosatkova is very knowledge guide, you may ask him to speak louder immediately.
We cooperate with the restaurant serving lunch for 2 years without any complaint.
Anyway, please, accept my apology.
I hope next time you come to Prague we could offer you nice tour and you will be happy with our service.

I don't know where to start. This tour is just amazing. I love Prague and I wanted to visit and see all of its highlights and this tour has made all of that come true. The guide was great, informative, funny and kind. He showed us all the important not-to-miss sights and also those small hidden gems this magical city hides. The boat cruise panorama was lovely, as I have already said, it just accentuated the beauty from another angle. I shall cherish these memories and this experience for all my life.
