I would rate 5 the trip, but there was one weak point - pick-up. We were told that the bus would take us 6.20 am., at 6.30 we started to get nervous and tried to call head office, no one was answering. Finally 6:45 someone picked up the phone and said that there is a problem with the bus and another one was coming. 7:10 bus arrived. One sms/e-mail sent from headquarter would solve the problem. I would suggest to inform participants upfront if somothing wrong is going on. Generally, after this incident, the trip was great, we even have a polish spreaking guide, it was very nice surprise for us.

Es war ein sehr schöner Tag und toller Ausflug. Beste Organisation und Betreuung. Das Ausflugsangebot auf der Fähre fair und zu empfehlen. Man muss ja nicht alles machen und für einen Tag die besten Ideen.

Fantastic trip. Online & email booking service excellent - Vera at Happytovisit was very helpful with queries so we booked with confidence & weren't disappointed. Joining instructions & contact numbers all a helpful part of giving confidence. After sales equally attentive when we had a hiccup. Venezia lines were an efficient & organised tour to Venice. They offered numerous optimal extras ie gondola tour, grand canal by taxi, lunch at low price, gave loads of information but weren't pushy with sales. Overall a fantastic day & thoroughly recommended. Would definitely recommend Happy to Visit as a trusted agent & will use again when occasion arises.
