The cave tour was interesting, especially for those who visit the cave for the first time. Accompanying guide Maria told us a lot of interesting things about Croatia and Slovenia. She spoke not only in English and German, but also a little in Russian. There was a misunderstanding at the beginning of the tour. HappytoVisit sent us a pickup point at the central parking. However, the driver was waiting for us not at the place indicated on the map, but at the Crikvenica bus station. After the phone call, we reached the bus station. The driver Oliver checked that we have passports and drove to the meeting place with the main group almost on the time.

Booking process with HAPPYTOVISIT very easy and very good communication. However I would have preferred to pay in Kuna as would have secured a better rate. Meeting/pickup point well known, easy to find and very convenient for Old Town, Guide (Dubrova- sp?) very good and very welcoming. Driver - excellent. Bus - comfortable, Tour timings OK - would have preferred longer to look around the stud afterwards but this could not be helped as had extended show due to Flamenco group from Cordoba but show was excellent - so short visit to stud understandable. Pros- Postjona cave absolutely amazing - a "must do"- takes 1 1/2 hours just to walk through full of amazing geological forms - stalagmites, stalactites and columns. Lipica wonderful horse show (see above) and potential to view stud (but in our case abbreviated as unusually long show). Cons - food in hotel (included in cost of tour) - not good quality, not sufficient, poor service. Almost made us late for the show
