Thank you for your review. We are deeply sorry to read it. However we cannot understand why you were disappointed and write incorrect information and bad review about our regular tour.

Your mostly private tour to Salzburg was done by a new Mercedes Vito van with 8 passengers – 7 English-speaking guests and 1 Russian-Speaking guest. Our driver-guide with excellent English knowledge was speaking in 2 languages and mostly in English, as a guest majority was English-speaking travellers. The local guide in Salzburg has treated you during your 2 hours walking tour with a full heart.

There is a highway road between Vienna and Salzburg. That is why the van has to drive fast, otherwise it could be dangerous for you. Furthermore the distance between Vienna and Salzburg is about 300 km and it is better to spend more time in Salzburg, then sitting in the van. You had also two technical breaks on a highway to have snacks and to visit toilet. There is actually not much to explain for driver-guide by these breaks. Our standard stop on the lake to see the panoramic view with appropriate information of our driver-guide was done according to the program.

Regarding the heating system in the van we have to fulfil the standard passenger transportation conditions, if one client tell the driver that it is too hot and the other tell that it is too cold in a van. We have to fix the temperature at 22 Celsius in the van in this case.

Anyway we a deeply sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our tour. Nevertheless we hope that you have found some positive emotions to enjoy your trip to Austria and will give us a chance to change your mind about the quality of our tours by your next visit to Vienna.
