The booking process was easy & very good. The pick-up from hotel was fine and on time. The coach driver was very good, but the guide was not clear on instructions. The Pro's Tour excellent with plenty to see. Con's Too much time spent at the Gold & Spice Souks with a lot of waiting around, and at the Burj Khalifa a 90 mins queue for the lift so we did not have hardly any time to look at the views, as had to wait again to come down as there was only 2 hours in all to get back to the coach. Also we had to make our own way back to the hotel and pay for the transport, which wasn't mentioned at the start of the tour. However we would recommend this tour. David & Sylvia

Fantastic trip from Abu Dhabi to see the But I Khalifa with lunch at a nice Arabic restaurant.Pick up was prompt with a nice driver. Commentary was informative & interesting, thoroughly recommend.
