Had a fantastic day at Plitvice, well worth travelling there. Our driver was excellent, all pick ups and drop offs exactly on time. Views are stunning- my wife & I did feel however that there needed to be more staff along the routes, as it was no easy trek & there were a number of senior people seriously struggling with the terrain. This did worry us & potentially gave rise to a very serious incident. Apart from this note above, it was a 10/10 from both of us.

We got picked up and brought to the location and back, that's virtually it. We got no information about the National Park, no maps, no booklets or anything else. No recomendation as to what route to take on-site. The site is huge though, and there are some maps and signs, but the signage is not really everywhere as well as lacks information about the distance between the stops on the route. So, it is not so easy to figure out how to get by on one's own and some introductory info would be nice. Basically, the trip is a transfer service, and this would be fair enough if the description said so. Beware that the price does not include entrance fee, the driver collects the cash and buys tickets at the box-office for you. The minivan was comfy.

I took this trip with my boyfriend. Booking process was very easy, we sorted it all at home before we came away and the driver was ready to pick us up from the meeting point at the correct time. The driver was friendly and helpful and the mini bus was really clean and comfortable. We had 6 hours in the National Park which was the perfect time, we got to do everything we wanted to.
