Booking process was straightforward Pick up was 25 mins late. I rang the office , was on hold for 10 plus minutes, girl was really unhelpful and told me I was not booked on and was looking for a reference number that was not on my e mail. Very bad form Guide and driver was very opinionated on certain things.... Bus was very comfortable Schedule was ok, lot of waiti g around in the gibralter bus while argument took place outside Pros great bus Cons lot of time on bus, stops only 10 mins, transfer late. Thought tour could have gone on a bit longer
