The crew was ok but the food was scarse and básic. The drinks were hot, no ice at all. The boat was smaller than the pictures and nobody from the agency was there to greet us at 8h50. The skipper did not even know if we came throuh an agengy. I had to tall him we did not pay...not even a receipt...to pay cash...During the last stop the food was on the table in the sun...it did not look nice and all the passengers complained about it...beside that the trip was nice and pleasant. Need to improve service urgently as there is many competitors on the market. Unfortunately nothing was like in the video you promete...far far away from reality
