I found this your was boaring, and waste of money. Our pick up was on time from the hotel. No other issues until get on the bus. Tour guide was boaring, and very low voice. Could barely hear her through out the whole tour. Took us about 1.5 hrs around the old town in the bus. Then we walked to the palace and over and hour in the line to get in. Your only included the palace garden. Guide was informative but didn't speak loud enough. Lunch was at hotel Leonardo and it was horrible. We had to pay for drinks. Then we walked back to charles bridge for the boat trip. Boat just went on circles under charles bridge and that was it. Boat didn't move more than 500m from orginal spot. I don't recommend this trip to anyone.

I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad time on our popular, best seller tour THE BEST OF PRAGUE. We have 90% highest score from the clients on this tour.
I checked your information with the tour guide. The tour went right with the schedule how is described, it means: no entrance, drinks are not included in three course lunch and boat trip tikes only one hour. You have to follow what we offer, not to expect more.
I am sorry for long line to get to the Cathedral, it was due to high season.
Tour guide Mrs. Kosatkova is very knowledge guide, you may ask him to speak louder immediately.
We cooperate with the restaurant serving lunch for 2 years without any complaint.
Anyway, please, accept my apology.
