Hello, My wife and I just completed the tour in Sienna in English on Sep 21 at 14:40. We were very happy to discover various landmarks of Sienna. However, we didn’t enjoy some aspects of the tour: 1) the size of the group was too big. 2) we struggled to understand/hear correctly the guide. 3) the tour was supposed to last 90 minutes.. it barely lasted 70 minutes We felt that lot of attention was given to a large American group that were attending maybe a full day tour. I believe this is the first time that I booked a tour with your company. I used frequently the company Ffree walking tour as we leave the amount that we believe the tour/guide is worth. The guide Valerie was great, the tour was great. Just a bit too many tourists(like us) and you cant do anything about that

Booking was easy and our guide Tania was fantastic. Very informative and fun lady. Van was on time at Lucca train station and the whole day was well structured. A very enjoyable day

We enjoyed our day with Valerie. She was knowledgeable on local area, friendly and she anticipated the various challenges of taking the train that day and made the decision to drive us back herself which was a good decision.
