Great pick up service and fantastic driver Dean. He was very prompt and informative along our drive to the caves. We could have done without the tractor tour, we just weren’t interested in tractors! The winery tour was great we even got a performance by the band. The wine we sampled was delicious and even got some snacks to accompany it. My son was looked after with juice which was a lovely touch. The caves were absolutely incredible as was our guide. Overall a great tour!

I needed a few days to calm down after the worst excursion I have ever been on . Going to the Plitvice Lakes was always something I had dreamt of but had been ruined my this tour company . I have travelled the world and have been on many organised tours . The guide came across very in experienced and rude . Any time I asked a question he pretended he didn’t understand or just ignored me . We spent more time queuing for boats , trains or just trying to locate our “guide”. We spent a total of 15 hours on this tour but only spent two hours seeing the park . We travelled to see the world renowned waterfall but bypassed the best part where all the best falls and only saw about 3 waterfalls in total . We spent the whole time walking the perimeter of the park . I am so deeply disappointed and will have to plan a trip to back again myself . Everyone on this trip were deeply disappointed.

Maria our guide was cheerful and full of useful and interesting information. At the lakes we had time to contemplate the natural wonders, with no interruptions or unnecessary talking, I truly enjoy my visit and the professionalism of the travel agency. The tour went smooth and on time. Diner was ok.

Hands down, one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. It is very much worth the drive. Do yourself a favor and sign up for this excursion. One con for the trip was that the a/c on the bus was not working and it was hot. I only mention this in hopes that they remedy it quickly and continue to give the customer a most excellent experience!
