You will learn about monuments along the Paris skyline, historical events including its place in two World Wars, and its role as a playground for countless daredevils. You will have time to walk around the first and second level, taking in the breathtaking Paris cityscape from this ideal vantage point! Our group size is limited to 20 people so that you can be assured that you'll receive personalized attention from your guide. If you’d like to visit the summit, tickets can be purchased following your tour on the second level of the Eiffel Tower.

We offer 100% refunds if the reservation is canceled more than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled tour
We do not offer refunds for any reason once within 72 hours of the scheduled tour

Good to know

All of our tours operate rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, please plan accordingly and bring rain gear with you
While you will skip the regular lines for our private entry to the Tower, there may be a small wait to allow for security bag check and/or the elevator. Please note that you cannot bring knives/sharp objects or glass bottles on the Tower
Our Eiffel Tower Guided Tour to Second Level does not include access to the summit of the Tower, however you can buy tickets at the end of the tour. The summit may be closed for maintenance, safety or inclement weather. This will not affect your guided tour and no refunds or discounts will be given in the event the authorities close the summit
The Tower does not offer skip-the-line access from the 2nd level to the summit and therefore we have no control over the potential wait for the elevator that takes visitors from the 2nd level to the summit. Additionally, there may be a wait for the elevators when descending the Tower
Entrance to the Tower is free for children three years of age or younger, but proof of age may be required by the Tower if the child’s age is in question
We are not responsible for any loss associated with events outside of our immediate control

Meeting point

Please do NOT go to the Eiffel Tower, your tour is not meeting there. Your voucher is ONLY redeemable at our office located at 36, Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Our office is about a three-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower
It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the closest Métro (École Militaire, line 8) or RER station (Pont de l'Alma, line C) to the tour meeting point at our office
Your ticket is for a pre-reserved entry time and you can only enter the Tower with our representative and your group
Check-in will close 5 minutes before the activity time, so please arrive early
You cannot pick up your tickets in advance. Check in opens 30 minutes in advance and closes 5 minutes prior to your activity time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early
If you miss your allocated time the ticket will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund
All members of your party must be present at check-in
