We recently took a transatlantic cruise, and one of our stops was in Rotterdam. We wanted to visit the Keukenhof Gardens to see the tulips that were going to be in full bloom at the time. Not wanting to book a ship excursion (prices are always too high), we decided to give Happy To Visit a try. At first we were reluctant to book with them because of a few bad reviews that were posted on TripAdvisor; however, I must say, we were 100 percent satisfied from beginning to end. The company that Happy To Visit contracted our excursion with was The Tour Company, and they were equally as professional and very accommodating. We highly recommend Happy To Visit and will definitely use this company in the future..

Booked tour from Rotterdam to Keukenhof as a day excursion off our cruise ship which was stopping for the day. Was a bit skeptical since I did hear that there is often traffic on way back to Rotterdam and ship was leaving port by 6. Was assured that we usually are back by 4:30. Our guide Harold was very I formative, organized and a huge help. We assembled outside the bus, already having gotten our tickets from him, and proceeded Into the gardens with him pointing out the way to return and meet at the bus at a specified time. He took us to a basic beginning point, told us what attractions where in all the different directions and let us explore for the rest of the time. So much to see and all so beautiful, it would take a week to cover the place properly. We re assembled early to try and avoid the traffic but still got caught up in some. There were 12 of us from the ship on board with 6 others picked up from 2 other stops after we had gotten on board. Seeing the traffic and time constraints, Harold decided to drop our “cruise bunch” off first in order to be on the ship before it left port. It was most kind and considerate of him to do this. We did return to the ship about 5pm. The bus was large and very comfortable. Our group was small, 18 of us, which was a big plus. So glad I booked this tour although there was not too much advertisement about it. The gardens were breathtaking and I had a wonderful day. Thanks, Happy to Visit
