Pálinka​ is a traditional alcoholic drink, a traditional fruit brandy in the Carpathian Basin, invented in the Middle Ages in the 19th century. Breweries and pálinka distilleries operated in tandem. Distilling itself was the right of landowners, and laws were introduced to prevent peasants from making pálinka at home. The use of wheat was banned and that is how this delicious fruit brandy was born. While your guide tells you stories about this magic drink, you will have a chance to try 7 different Premium Pálinkas, including a special rare Gourmet Selection. Besides tasting Pálinka you will also experience Budapest's culinary culture and history.​ Do not forget to buy your own bottle at the venue, the highest quality Pálinkas, that are not available in grocery stores!

  • The fees for an extra-tour have to be on our bank account 6 days before the extra tour starts.
  • For Cancellation or rebooking of an extra-tour following fees have to be paid:
  1. Till 5 days before the tour starts: no fees
  2. Till 3 days before the tour starts: 50% of the normal fees
  3. Less than 3 days before the tour starts:100% of the normal fees
  4. In case of nonattendance you´ve got to pay the full fees.
