Gradac

We had a great day yesterday on this tour. The pick up from Brela was easy and transfers between the islands both quick and smooth. The boat itself was comfortable and air conditioned which was a cool relief. Our English speaking guide, Dubravka, was very pleasant and informative. She kept us entertained with historical facts, interesting stories about the islands as well as funny anecdotes while we travelled from island to island, also giving us useful tips on how to make the most of our time in each place. We had plenty of time in each place. Hvar town is beautiful, we took the included guided walk around the historical parts of the town, which pointed historical places and those of special interest, after which we had time to ourselves. We walked around the harbour, little streets, small shops and boutiques then had lunch at Kogo restaurant in the piazza. The food was delicious, freshly prepared and good value for money, as was the welcome beer. Bol was busy and the Golden Horn beach was packed so we chose a little bay just off the promenade to have a welcome swim in the clear water. We returned back to Brela in time to watch the sunset from the beach. Altogether a perfect day! A massive thumbs up from our family! From start to finish this was a lovely tour. Vincent our guide on the bus was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions with ease. Our driver was also very lovely and friendly. The drive to Mostar is long, but Vincent was full of facts and the time went very quickly. Mostar is beautiful, full of history and well worth the drive. Our guide in Mostar was also very good. All in all a wonderful day, well worth the money and time travelling. If you enjoy history and seeing outstanding sites, this is the trip for you.

Booking with happy to visit was very easy and clear. Pick up was good. Guide was excellent. Although it was probably not their fault ( there had been a landslide which meant an extra 1/2 hour on the journey ) we felt the journey there was inexplicably longer on the journey there compared to return ( 1 hour longer ). This reduced the time we could have spent in Mostar. It was a 12 hour trip and I felt very tired on return. I think there were too many pickups which prolonged the trip but presumably has to be in order to make the trip viable. Wouldn’t recommend unless it was one group going from one departure point on Makarska riviera with a more direct route to Mostar.

A fantastic day began with meeting the guide and driver who were both excellent all day .The guide had a very relaxed manner .He gave us a great deal of knowledge both about the destination and Croatia overall. He answered any questions anyone throw at him and both the guide and driver were extremely helpful all day. We had a local guide at Mostar who was very witty .Mostar was wonderful. I would recommend the trip. You have 1hr tour around then have 2 to 3 hours by yourself. Mostar being a small area you have plenty of time to eat or explore by yourself. One thing, the bridge divers won't dive until they have collected a good quantity of money so use your time to wisely .Nice journey along the coast back to the hotel with a stop to see the lakes and try some local produce. Will visit Mostar again and it would be a pleasure to use HAPPYtoVISIT again
