The Rila Mountains are famous for having more then 200 glacier lakes spread all over the mountain. The most famous lakes that offer one of the most beautiful panoramic sights got the name "The Seven Rila Lakes", and it's an image that will leave you starring in awe. The lakes are situated on over 2000 meters in altitude and a convenient lift was built to take you up the hill. The lakes are best visited during summer.
