A: For this tour, there is no Polish guide. Since this is a group/shared tour, departure time cannot be changed. The tour starts at 08:45 from Malaga.
Q: Hello, Could you please advise what the total number of kilometres is to reach during this trip? The path is of 3 km, but I suppose we need to get to the path first, is that correct? Do we go back the same way, or is it a one way path? I am asking, as we would be very happy to go, but it all depends on the total amount of km to walk there and back... Many thanks for your help! Best regards, Barbara

A: El Caminito de Rey hike is spectacular all way long: from the Count of Guadalhorce Reservoir to its end at El Chorro Dam. Placed in unique natural surroundings, the path stretches between two gorges, canyons and a large valley, along pathways or boardwalks.
The route is linear, not circular, and it goes in one direction, downwards from the north to the south. Its beginning is in the Town of Ardales and the end in Álora. This route is almost 8 km long, and takes from three to four hours to be crossed.
The drive from Malaga to the Caminito del Rey takes about 1 hour by coach, before we start the walking tour, we will stop for a little break at a Cafeteria . Than we will drive to the starting point called El Kiosko Restaurant, from there we count a walking distance of 7 km , it takes usually not more than 3 hours to complete . At the exit we will have a little break and than we will move forward by bus to the old farm house / Cortijo Venta San Antonio . We will visit the different parts of the cortijo and we will have a 3 course lunch including water and one beer / wine / soft drink .
