What shall I see

Get to know the magnificante Gibraltar.

We will start our day tour from the beautiful Costa del Sol to Gibraltar with a sightseeing tour. We will see the amazing port of Gibraltar, the walled inner city, Europa Point and St Michael’s Cave. Then we will go up to the famous Rock of Gibraltar.

From the top, you will enjow in the amazing view of the Mediterranean, Spain and Morocco. And, of course, you will have tje opportunity to meet the semi-wild macaque monkeys, popularly known as Barbary apes. We will have some free time for lunch and for shopping on Main Street, where prices are tax-free. You can afford a good prices jewellery, watches, porcelain, perfumes, designer clothes and unique handicraft.

At the end, we will go back to our original pick up point in the Costa del Sol with your bags full of many things.

The service was horrific. Please if you’re considering booking an exclusion.... DON’T. When we booked I personally called to get details. The representative I spoke with was irritated that I called and had questions, was short and completely unhelpful. However, against better judgement we booked anyway. The driver was 30min late and had my wife and I along with other customer waiting. No one bothered to inform us they were late. Then when they finally arrived the driver asked us for our passports which we were surprised to be asked since no one informed us of this requirement. No where on the confirmation did it mention passports required and no where on the booing confirmation mentioned it. To make matters worse when we asked for a refund due to their lack of communication the representatives were not willing to accommodate our request. After 8 emails and threatening to report them did they agree to refund our money Do yourself a favor and never book from them. EVER

Dear Jonathan,

your review is unfair and misleading.

1. The fact is that you didn't bring your passports on a tour that goes to a different county. To have the proper traveling documents is the responsibility of the traveler. Our site even clearly states that you should be aware of that in the "good to know" section of the tour listing.

2. Despite the fact it was not our responsibility, you still got a full refund the same day.

It is a shame to read such a review after we did everything we could, helped you find and book a suitable tour for you, assisted you when you had a problem, resolved the issue the same day and gave you a full refund (despite the fact that we still had to pay to our supplier), and promptly responded to all your emails.

Regarding the delay on the pickup, our partner informed us that unfortunately there was a lot of traffic on the road that day and there was nothing they could do to change that. They thought the traffic jam would be over soon so that is why they didn't start calling clients to inform them about the delay.

Regardless of everything that happened, I'm sorry that you didn't get to see Gibraltar and hopefully you will have another opportunity in the future.

Had a great Tour, First Jean and the driver ( from Julia Travel) picked us up from Marbella, then the tour began. We drove to Gibraltar... The border... no words... too full! We parked the bus and had some shopping time. Good for people who needs perfume, cigaretes or alcohol... nothing special actually... not for german people :D Then we went back to bus and been send to the lil vans. The guide was awesome! We really liked the tour to the Rock! And the apes... in love with them. You will like the cave and the apes ;) i hope...
