EXCELLENT booking process with HAPPYtoVISIT.com!!! EXACT AND PUNCTUAL meeting point! The guide/driver was multilingual, english, german, spanish and was excellent! He said all we needed to know and spoke very clearly and knew exactly what he was doing. The Bus and Boat trip were excellent! The tour schedule (time table, timings) were BY THE BOOK! 9am exactly from the Opera and return a bit before 6pm! I can only talk about pros of this tour and I would definitely recommend it.
