The National Park Plitvice Lakes is the most visited National Park in Croatia - over a million tourist visit it every year. It really offers an amazing experience for every nature lover - even if you are not - you will probably become one after visiting Plitvice.

It takes about 2 hours by car to reach the National Park Plitvice from Zadar so it's not that long - you sill still have plenty of time to walk along the wooden pathways of the park - take a boat ride over the lakes - and enjoy beautiful panoramas throughout your stay in the park. ​When choosing a tour to Plitvice Lakes, please keep in mind that some tours don't include the ticket to the National Park itself so you will need to buy one when you come to the entrance. Some agencies do this to make the total price of the tour more attractive, and others to keep their service simple as the prices of the entrance ticket change depending on the season and offer several discounts for students, seniors, etc...

It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. Numerous waterfalls, untouched nature and water that is pure and peaceful. The excursion was in a small group of 5 people. Terezija organized a comfortable transfer for us, directly from the hotel entrance. Provided a delicious and fresh lunch that included water, fruits, sandwich, juice and a croissant. Terezija showed and explained us many hidden details about the park. She managed to avoid the crowds and queues. The booking process through HAPPYtoVISIT.com was smooth and easy! Additionally I chose the Plitvice Lakes to make a proposal to my loved one. Together with Terezija we found a quiet and romantic place where it happened and stayed in our minds forever. I am limitlessly grateful to Terezija for making this occasion so special and unforgettable!

Terezija was great through Romeo&Juliet Travel agency in Zadar. We were thrilled to find out that we had a private tour of Plitvice Lakes with just our family. This beats a bus tour hands down! She arrived early, had excellent communication, took time to take family photos of us, and went at a nice pace. I am gluten free and Terezija even made me a special lunch! This park is breathtaking and it was very nice to not have any worries on where to go, waiting in line to buy tickets etc. Terezija was an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour!
